Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your email address, used to sign you in and for messages about your account.
• Your sites (names and the areas you count) and the pallet rules you set per customer.
• Finished audit reports: totals, counts, and the lines the report flags (date, customer or partner name, reference number and pallet quantity).
• If you subscribe: your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details go to Stripe; we never see them.

Your uploaded files

Files you upload are read in memory to build your report and discarded when the audit runs, or after 30 minutes if you don't finish. They are never written to disk or kept.

Who processes data for us

Render (hosting), Resend (sign-in emails), Stripe (payments). If you connect an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot), that app receives the audit information you ask it for, under its own privacy terms.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data, run ad trackers, or share your audits with any pallet company.

Your choices

Delete any audit from its page. To delete your account and everything in it, email murfleinteractive@gmail.com from your account's address.
