Terms of service

Effective October 2026. These terms are between you and Murfle Interactive, LLC ("we"), which operates PalletAudits.

What PalletAudits is

A tool that compares files and counts you provide and points to likely reasons for differences. It doesn't contact any pallet company, submit declarations or disputes, or change any account for you. Check each flagged line before you act on it. Dollar figures use the rates you enter; your contract with the pallet company decides actual charges.

Not affiliated

PalletAudits is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by CHEP, PECO, iGPS or any other pallet company. Their names are used only to describe which accounts the tool works with.

Your data

Only upload files you're allowed to use for this purpose. You keep ownership of your data. See the privacy policy.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes 1 audit. Pro renews each month or year until you cancel; cancelling stops renewal and Pro runs to the end of the paid period. Payments aren't refundable and there are no partial refunds, except where the law requires otherwise.

No warranty; limits

PalletAudits is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
