Common questions

My WMS doesn't record pallet type. Set which customers take which pallets on the column step. PalletAudits remembers it for next time.

The pallet company's export won't upload. Save it as .xlsx or .csv. Older .xls files need a re-save in Excel.

The gap isn't fully explained. Check the opening balance first, then the date range of each file, and that each file covers the same pallet type.
