Transfers credited to you that never arrived
When a supplier declares pooled pallets to your site, they land on your balance whether or not the load came. How to find and dispute them.
How it happens
When a supplier ships to you on pooled pallets, they declare the transfer to your account. If the load never arrived, was delivered elsewhere, or had fewer pallets than declared, you're still carrying them.
Finding them
Match every transfer credited to you on the pallet company's activity against your receipts: same supplier, same reference (PO or ASN) and the same quantity, within a few days.
Credits with no receipt are dispute candidates. Receipts with no credit are the opposite: the supplier hasn't declared yet, and you can ask them to.
Disputing them
Send the pallet company the transfer details with your receiving records for the dates involved, and copy the supplier. PalletAudits groups these into a dispute packet with an email draft and a PDF.
Find your missing pallets
PalletAudits matches every shipment to a declared transfer and lists what to declare, dispute and recount. Your first audit is free.
