Kroger pallet requirements
What Kroger's published General Procurement Guidelines say about pallets: pooled pallets first choice, whitewood second, no exchange.
What the guidelines say
Kroger's General Procurement Guidelines (footer: revised 5/4/22) specify a GMA 40x48 pallet, with pooled pallet providers (including CHEP, PECO and iGPS) as first choice and whitewood second, with no pallet exchange.
The document is several years old, and routing instructions change: confirm with your current Kroger documents.
For your pallet account
Loads to Kroger on pooled pallets need declaring to the receiving location like any other participating customer. Whitewood loads won't come back through an exchange.
