Exporting shipments from NetSuite for a pallet audit
A saved search on item fulfillments (shipments) and item receipts, exported to CSV, with the pallet count.
Build a saved search
Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > Transaction. Filter the type to Item Fulfillment for shipments (status Shipped, not Picked or Packed) and to Item Receipt for receipts, and set the date range to the month.
Add result columns for ship date (the actual one, not the requested one), customer or ship-to name and number, BOL or order/load number, and the number of pallets.
Export
From the results, use Export – CSV or Export – Microsoft Excel. It needs the Export Lists and Perform Search permissions.
Pallet count
NetSuite records packages on a fulfillment; there's no standard pallet field, so many companies add a custom field.
