Exporting loads and shipments from Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
Using All loads and All shipments in Dynamics 365 SCM and Export to Excel to pull a month for a pallet audit.
Where the data is
Warehouse management > Loads > All loads covers inbound and outbound loads (use Show closed to include shipped loads). Warehouse management > Shipments > All shipments lists shipments. Bills of lading are on the load.
Exporting
Open in Microsoft Office > Export to Excel exports the grid with your current filter. The default limit has been 50,000 rows; one month at a time stays well under it.
Pallet count
License plates identify a pallet, tote or container. Count pallet license plates only.
