Exporting outbound deliveries from SAP ECC or S/4HANA (VL06O)
Using the outbound delivery monitor (VL06O) and the inbound monitor (VL06I) to pull a month of deliveries for a pallet audit.
Outbound
VL06O, the outbound delivery monitor, lists outbound deliveries. Filter on the actual goods movement date for the month, then export the list (List > Export > Local File, or Spreadsheet).
Useful delivery header fields: actual goods movement date (WADAT_IST), ship-to party (KUNNR), bill of lading (BOLNR) and total number of packages (ANZPK). ANZPK only works as a pallet count if packing is recorded.
Inbound
VL06I, the inbound delivery monitor, lists inbound deliveries with the vendor and the actual goods receipt date.
