Exporting shipments from SAP EWM for a pallet audit
Where outbound delivery orders live in SAP EWM, how to get the list into Excel, and what to use for a pallet count.
Where the data is
Outbound delivery orders are maintained in /SCWM/PRDO; inbound deliveries in /SCWM/PRDI. The warehouse management monitor (/SCWM/MON) shows lists in a standard ALV grid.
Getting it into Excel
From an ALV list, use List > Export > Spreadsheet. The MHTML and XML formats export the list as displayed; the Excel XXL option ignores your sorting and filtering and exports every column, so filter the data before, or delete rows after.
You need ship date (the actual one, not the requested one), customer or ship-to name and number, BOL or order/load number, and the number of pallets.
Pallet count
Pallets are usually handling units (HUs). Check that one HU equals one pallet at your site before using HU counts.
