Exporting shipments from Oracle WMS Cloud for a pallet audit
Outbound loads, inbound shipments and the scheduled exports in Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, and what to use as a pallet count.
Where the data is
The Outbound Loads screen shows loads with their status, trailer and bill of lading. The Inbound Shipments screen holds received ASNs.
Getting a month out
For a full month, the reliable route is a scheduled export: Oracle documents output interfaces such as Outbound Loads Export and Inbound Shipment Verifications Export, and a Data Extract that writes CSV files. Your WMS admin sets these up once.
You need ship date (the actual one, not the requested one), customer or ship-to name and number, BOL or order/load number, and the number of pallets.
Pallet count
Outbound LPN (OBLPN) counts are the usual stand-in for pallets. Check that one OBLPN is one pallet at your site.
